Great thermal facilities, spacious room, abundant drinking water, refreshing experience. Pools, water slides, and spa services are fantastic. Comfortable bed, good buffet meals.

They had a fantastic indoor pool and an exquisite spa with a sauna and a Turkish hamam. the view from my room was just breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful mountains. the staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome every day.
I had a terrible experience in terms of food. the breakfast and dinner buffet had limited options, and the food quality was awful, especially during their Christmas special dinner.

I couldn't help but marvel at how clean and spacious my room was. The hotel facilities were great, with great pools and water slides that I had a lot of fun with. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were pleasant and always ready to assist.

The food was decent and the staff were friendly. The indoor pool was nice and the hot water pools were refreshing. The hotel spa services were also good. The room was spacious and comfortable.
The activities offered were limited, so there was not much to do. The room was too warm and the air conditioning was not working properly.

The hotel has a large indoor pool and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. the restaurant offers various delicious food, but it's a shame that there is no alcohol available. the spa services are quite reasonably priced.
The housekeeping needs improvement with daily essentials missing.
